Meet your Doula: Kelsey Boan

So happy you’re here!

I’m Kelsey, trained Postpartum Doula through DONA International. I have always been a nurturer and someone who loves caring for others (& babies of course!), so when I discovered what a Postpartum Doula was, I knew it was my life-calling! My goal is to help provide a safe space for families to feel seen, heard, and supported, as they transition through this beautiful phase of life. I am very passionate about all thing’s holistic healthcare, and love expanding my knowledge on how this intertwines within Postpartum care. As your doula I strive to not only, support and educate your family during this time, but to learn and grow alongside you. Postpartum, to many, can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be if you have the right resources and support. If you are interested in Postpartum support, I would love to connect with you and discuss you and your family’s wants/needs!

I was born and raised in Rock Hill South Carolina. In my free time I enjoy weightlifting, going on walks, kayaking, reading, baking, and trying new coffee shops! Health and wellness are extremely important to me, and I am always learning new ways to improve physically, mentally, and spiritually. I don’t currently have any pets but love dogs and will gladly help out with your fur babies (if you have them), they need some love too during this transition!

“May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children.”

- Psalm 115:4
